How do you ensure the wine stays at the right temperature during shipping?
We use climate-controlled packaging and thermal inserts for all shipments. During extreme weather months, we may hold your order or use expedited shipping to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult over the age of 21 must be present to provide a signature and valid ID upon delivery. We cannot leave alcohol packages unattended on porches or doorsteps.
What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?
If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 30 days. provide a photo of the damage, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
Which states do you currently ship to?
We currently ship to most US states, excluding Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Utah due to local state regulations. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout for specific zip code availability.
How can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
