Seville Estate Chardonnay 2021

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like core with a greenish tinged outskirts. Nosing evokes aromas of nectarine, citrus and light dried honey overlaid with subtle gun flint, biscuity oak and spice notes. Medium weight, there’s an understated intensity and richness to the refined yet fleshy flavour profile of white peaches and ripe nectarines which sits over subtle dispersions of dried honey, biscuity oak, citrusy nougat characters and traces of gun flint. Nicely rounded, finishing dry and fresh with a long delicately creamed aftertaste.
