At the top of the Montrachet hill, is the climat of Murgers des dents de Chiens, which overlooks the grands crus. Murgers are these small dry stone walls that winegrowers built with the stones they removed from their plots. Exposed to the south and east, this climate benefits from a soil rich in pebbles, with low clay content, creating mineral and very pure wines. The estate cultivates a plot of land using regenerative agriculture, inspired by permaculture. The Chardonnays are harvested by hand in small crates, pressed directly, decanted and sung in oak barrels in the middle of alcoholic fermentation. Maturation continues for several months. The combination of altitude and the poverty of the terroir creates a delicate wine of great finesse, on the nose which combines white flowers and citrus notes. The palate, very tight, displays a beautiful substance, then lengthens into a slightly spicy finish.
