Intense aromas of caramel and walnut husk, hints of honeydew honey, nutmeg and spearmint. In retrospect: candied orange and butter biscuits. On the palate: notes of dried figs, almonds, orange marmalade and rosemary. A balance between sweetness and acidity; a long and sensual aftertaste.
