An appealing Sparkling crafted from a blend of Semillon and Chardonnay from Bimbadgen's vineyards in the Upper Hunter that's perfect with fresh seafood. Pale and bright. White peach pear and green apple aromas. Super-dry with a tight core of lemon lime and grapefruit tightly-wound acidity creamy mousse and a zippy finish. A lovely aperitif style Sparkling with appealing freshness.
