Blind Corner Nouveau 2023

Blind Corner’s compulsively drinkable Nouveau is sourced from a small parcel of 20+-year-old Shiraz vines rooted in the sandy, rocky soils of the Gould’s organic- and biodynamic-certified Wilyabrup home vineyard, just four kilometres from the Indian Ocean. The fruit was picked and immediately placed in a closed fermenter. After 14 days sealed up, the fruit was crushed by foot and pressed to seasoned barriques where it matured for six months before release.
