Boat O'Craigo Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Grown on our Healesville vineyard, our Sauvignon Blanc is grown on three distinct blocks, with two different clones using a variety of spur and cane pruning techniques. We created this blend to highlight the lifted aromas typical of this variety. Fresh mandarine, chamomile, limestone and tropical notes with lemon zest, hints of passionfruit, subtle minerality and a crisp finish.
