Fermented wild in open vats with 20 days on skins, the wine was aged for 20 months in French oak (20% new), allowing the structure to build without overpowering the fruit.
In the glass, itās all graphite, cassis, dried herbs and sea spray, with chewy tannins and a savoury undertone that grounds the wine. Thereās a floral lift up front and a long, salty finish that lingers like a coastal breeze.
