Castle Rock Estate ‘Skywalk’ Riesling

Pale straw with green hues. A lifted and attractive bouquet showing floral notes of orange blossom and lavender. There are subtle hints of musk stick and passionfruit adding to the complexity and interest of the bouquet. A full and flavoursome style Riesling with a rich and balanced palate. The front palate is filled with the floral characters and also the musk stick notes. There is a citrus element which runs the length of the palate and provides a tight mineral structure and a long crisp and clean finish.
