Champagne Jacquesson’s 2019 Cuvée is Pinot dominant, as their Chardonnay vines were devastated by frost. Modest yields meant exceptional quality. Layers of hay and floral complexity hide amongst green fruit, yellow stonefruit, quince, brioche and toast. Soft, gentle mousse, rich layers of autolysis and a nutty/oxidative element.
