The nose is fruity , fresh , elegant and offers a very beautiful finesse. It reveals notes of lemon and quince associated with beautiful notes of mandarin, pear as well as a hint of fresh apricot , gingerbread and an imperceptible hint of flowers . The palates is fruity , well-balanced and offers a ve ry beautiful finesse/ delicacy ( silk !), a beautiful fat, a beautiful suavity , a beautiful definition /structure, a beautiful tension as well as a beautiful acid / fresh frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of lemon and pear associated with slight hints of quince , nuts , mandarin, citrus as well as a very discreet hint of pineapple in the background, vanilla (in the background) and p âtisseries on the finish.
