It gives even more after 7 years of ageing, enriching itself with delicious aromas of truffles.
Palate
Racy, balanced and fleshy.
Powerful but not heavy mouthfeel, rich, complete and very tight but restrained. In this great vintage, the CuvƩe Viva shows a huge potential, and should be decanted quite a long time in advance or waited a few years.
