The Castelletto vineyard is in Monforte d"Alba, although a greater proportion of sand and silt in this south-east facing slope allows the Pressenda to offer a powerful expression that tends a little more toward the fine-boned and feminine. An outstanding and distinctive wine, the Pressenda is a unique Barolo for early to mid-aged drinking.
