On the palate, the bouquet is fine and elegant and flavours of white fruits persist on the palate. Soils of flint and limestone with a grape variety of Sauvignon Blanc with an average age of 20 years. Pressed at low temperature and decanted cold, this white wine has been matured for 1 year on lees, 50% of which in barrels for 1 to 3 years and 50% in vats.
