MĂącon-VerzĂ© "les ChĂȘnes" from two parcels south-west facing and a MĂącon-VerzĂ© "Le MontĂ©" located above the hamlet of Escolles on a plateau rich in flint. These cuvĂ©esof MĂącon-VerzĂ© are matured in a combination of stainless steel and concrete vats to which we add about 10% of at least one year old oak barrels in order to express the complexity of these soils.
