Made from 100% certified organic Tempranillo. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Somewhat restrained notes of black cherries, liquorice and earth slowly make their way out of the glass with elements of leather and spice also apparent. Full bodied with a stern chewy feel the palate is decorated with rich black cherry and liquorice flavours which overlay a back drop of scorched earth, graphite and spicy leather. Firm solidly built tannins and bright acidity provide the structure. Good depth with a medium to long aftertaste.
