A blend of 100% Normandy cider apples, selected for their delicate flavours combining freshness and thirst-quenching, associated with slow fermentation. Refreshing, sparkling on the palate, nice roundness, nice acidity and slight bitterness, sustained body. Ideal to accompany your savoury dishes such as meats and savoury pancakes. Can also be used in combination with a fruit cream.
