Frederic Mabileau Rémy Mabileau ‘Diantre’ Grolleau 2022

Diantre is a cuvée made from destemmed grapes. A short vinification process gives it a light mauve hue, no tannin and low alcohol content (10.5%/Vol). The yeasts are indigenous and the wine contains little sulfite, 15 mg/L in total. Grolleau offers a sweet note of red fruits such as strawberries and violets, as well as a slightly candy-like taste. – Nathalie, Charly and Rémy
