Galia Le Dean is a estate wine made by the vigneron JĆ©rĆ“me Bougnaud from a single vineyard located in the province of Valladolid, although it is bottled in El Regajal, which is why it is not protected under the D.O. Ribera del Duero but is labeled as IGP Castilla y LeĆ³n. Only 1,145 bottles have been made of it and in its vinification large barrels and 1,200-liter foudres are used to nuance the contribution of the wood. A wine with broad balsamic and spicy nuances that has already received very high scores from the main critics.
