Fermented from fresh Moscato grapes, the resulting grappa is rested for six months before being bottled. Crystal clear, brilliant. Entices with a pure and complex bouquet of oregano, tyhme, candlewax and fruit bread. Light and easy on entry, leading into a supple textured, beeswax-raisin bread and soft spice profile followed by hints of sour dough crust, green olive and grapey-herbal freshness on the finish.
