Gustavshof Rheinhessen Riesling Dittelsheim 2023

Riesling Dittelsheim is a filigree dry Riesling of superior quality, with noticeable minerality. The Dittelsheim's vineyard are farmed biodynamically, and everything is handled manually. The grapes are only harvested after a particularly long period of ripeness. This Riesling ferments with a with a spontaneous yeast culture from the vineyard and cellar and is stored on the core yeast until bottling, which gives it great volume and a long shelf life.
