Botrytis wines are made by Hollick Wines in extremely small quantities, and only in vintage years when the ‘Noble Rot’ or Botrytis Cinerea appears naturally in the vineyards. Hollick’s ‘The Nectar’ wines are rich and sweet, with orange marmalade and honey overtones from the Botrytis infection. Balanced with concentrated fruit characters and a clean acid finish, this wine is excellent for right now while rewarding careful cellaring.
