Hollick Shiraz

This Shiraz’s Wrattonbully Vineyard boasts similar shallow terra rossa soils over limestone to Coonawarra. Its marginally warmer climate results in slightly earlier ripening, yielding fruit with intense flavour and colour. The Wrattonbully Shiraz displays the rare combination of power and elegance. A complex expression of abundant sweet fruit flavours of honeysuckle, passionfruit skins and rose that retains a good balance and surprisingly supple tannins.
