Irvine Estate Cabernet Franc

A full-throttle, dark wine, jam packed with flavour and texture! Look for blackberry, mulberry and blue plums, all swirled together with a hint of milk chocolate, green peppercorns and some dank charcoal. This is a serious wine, with depth and power, but it holds its acidity beautifully, which means it's fresh as well. Wonderful cool-weather drinking.
