Clairette de Die Tradition is 2,000 years old and is made according to the age-old “Méthode Dioise Ancestrale,” unique to this area. Pale yellow with green reflections. Bouquet with stone fruit aromas and notes of white wildflowers. On the palate, delicate flavours of autumn's fruit and meadow flowers. Well balanced yet allowed a delicate coating of sweetness.
