Jones Road Pinot Gris

Mornington Peninsula pinot gris, wild yeast fermented and matured in oak.

It tastes of barley sugar and sweet pears before grapefruit and rosewater characters kick through the finish. There’s nothing wan about this. It’s a wild assortment of exotic fruit flavours, complemented by a slip of creamy/musky vanilla. Plenty of punch to this white.
