Hand-harvested fruit is destemmed, gently pressed, and fermented coolāprimarily in stainless steel with 80% in large neutral oak. The wine then rests on fine lees for six months, gaining texture, balance and purity. The result is a dry Riesling of remarkable precision, energy and finesse.
