M. Chapoutier Collioure ‘Chrysopee’ 2018

Utterly gorgeous flavours of crushed ripe pear and apricot yet with plenty of grip, and splendid indeed in 2018, this comes from a small plot of 60-year-old grenache blanc and gris, grown on schists near the border with Spain.
