Long, mild summer days combined with rich dermasol soils ensure compact bunches and intensity of flavour. Our āEstateā Riesling comes exclusively from our home block, and comprises 3 clones to create a beautifully rich, generous wine.
Riesling was again a star in the 2023 vintage. The āEstateā Riesling is pale straw in colour and exhibits a suggestion of sweetness with aromas of citrus and melon. The palate presents a fresh medley of apples, citrus and pineapple, with balanced acidity and a dry finish. Eight (8) grams of residual sugar.
