Mio Capello Prosecco 200ml NV

Prosecco is taking the world by storm due to it's easy-drinking nature and uncomplicated approachability, and this example is a good example of why.
Very pale with a soft bead. Lemon rind, green apple and jasmine aromas. Quite elegant, with lovely minerality throughout, a core of stonefruit and citrus, tight balancing acidity, creamy mousse, and a long, savoury finish.
