The Moscatel, Macabeo and AirĂ©n varieties of Pepe Mendoza Casa AgrĂcola Blanco are cultivated in a sustainable way in different plots in Alicante, located in the coastal area (Marina Alta) and inland area (Alto VinalopĂł). A traditional agriculture that, together with the Mediterranean climate, manages to extract the best of each of the varieties.
In the winery, Pepe Mendoza Casa AgrĂcola Blanco is vinified with the stems in small 5,000 litre tanks at a constant temperature of 15ÂșC, without exogenous yeasts or enzymes. It remains in contact with the lees until it is bottled, and a minimum dosage of sulphite is used.
