Pocket Watch Sauvignon Blanc

Pocketwatch Sauvignon Blanc continues the Oatley family history of fine craftsmanship. Our winemakers have blended a number of parcels of nightharvested grapes from vineyards across Australia and fermented the wine with cultured yeasts in stainless steel tanks to create an appealing fresh fruit-driven dry white wine. Displaying Sauvignon Blanc’s hallmark pale appearance zesty tropical fruits and just a hint of grassy citrus notes this wine has a lovely mouthfeel terrific length and a fresh crisp finish.
