Printhie 'MR' Sauvignon Blanc

Harvested at peak fruit intensity whilst retain fresh acidity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with aromatic yeast at lower temperatures (mid-teens) then letting the temperature to rise late in ferment to produce some thiol aromatics for complexity. Bottled early for freshness.
