Red Mill Rum White Bay Spiced Rum

The Red Mill SPICED Rum is all about being delicious. No angle, no twist on the classic, just a flavourful tropical spiced Rum based on our fine barrels here in White Bay. They start by blending various Rums for the base, mainly ex-wine casks (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Bordeaux, Sherry) with some ex-Whiskey casks. They then blend this base Rum with their delicious Coconut Rum at around 4/1 ratio. This final blend then undergoes a gentle maceration of tasty elements, including Cinnamon, All Spice, Pineapple, Cacao, Vanilla and Hibiscus. The style is fragrant, exotic, easy drinking and just plain delicious.
