The tasting presents us with a wine with a pale gold color and green reflections from which emerge fine notes of citrus (pomelo, orange zest), exotic fruits, white-fleshed fruits (peach), flowers (acacia, hawthorn) and linden. A great minerality crosses the mouth rich in these same flavors and a nice acidity gives it a good aging potential.
