La Guita Manzanilla 375ml (screw cap) NV

Medium-bodied, very dry. Even at 15% alcohol, this wine is balanced, pleasant, and elegant. With a golden yellow color, it looks much like any other white wine, but the nose tells you there's much more in store. If it were not for a little oxidation and hints of the sea, you would forget it was a Sherry. Fruit, acidity, minerals, and almonds are the dominating flavors. Pair with ham, olives, octopus, anchovies, sardines, roasted vegetables, and grilled fish.
