Orange wine made by Garganega grapes, fermented with indigenous yeasts in contact with the skins for 120 days. A wine that tastes of the Gambellara region's volcanic terrain. Ripe and subtle fruit aromas with a balsamic scent. The palate is dry, salty, and mineral and well-balanced structure. Almond finish with a slight bitterness, as is typical of the Garganega grape varietal.
