Yves Cuilleron Saint Joseph ‘Cavanos’ Syrah 2023

A selection of old vines (20-40 years) from hillside terraces. "Cavanos” is not a district but a cuvée brand from Chavanay’s fields. This wine is a complex Syrah, with strong aromas of mature red fruit with a hint of graphite, and a well balanced mouthfeel, fleshy and velvety tannins offer a lovely length with a spice freshness.
